Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably possible, and to continuously improve the accessibility of our site as we add features.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks so assistive technologies can navigate the site.
- Maintain color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA where feasible.
- Provide visible focus states and keyboard navigation across interactive elements.
- Add descriptive alt text for realtor photos and meaningful imagery.
- Use responsive layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Include a "skip to main content" link on every page for screen-reader users.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, embedded widgets, or user-provided material (such as realtor photos or bios) may not fully meet accessibility standards. When we identify such issues, we work to address them as quickly as possible.
Feedback and assistance
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this site, or if you have suggestions to help us improve, please get in touch. Let us know:
- The page or feature you were using
- A brief description of the issue
- The device, browser, and any assistive technology you were using
We will respond as promptly as we can and work to provide the requested information or an accessible alternative.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a continuous process. We review the site regularly, incorporate feedback, and improve accessibility as part of our normal development cycle.
